Set up in the year 1997, the company has been working with leading organizations in Software, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.
PSLPL passionately believes that organisations have to invest in their employees by training them constantly so that they are able to perform at their highest potential. The results of training, though intangible can be seen over a period of time by enhanced performance levels of the employees.
In the year 2004, PSLPL set up a state-of-the-art training centre to cater to the needs of the industry. This center is now being extensively used by corporates for both software and soft skills training requirements.
PSLPL has also been credited with starting a unique school ‘Retail Skills’ for training the front line sales staff in all facets of Retailing. Many of the retail companies are sponsoring their sales staff for this short term course which is extremely practical and informative, focusing on the Indian retail scenario.
